Est&aacute; formada por una colonia de c&eacute;lulas en forma de l&aacute;mina incrustante, es decir, se encuentra totalmente adherida al sustrato, y es un poco cartilaginosa. Forma alfombras lisas y brillantes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>&iquest;D&oacute;nde vive?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Su h&aacute;bitat es la zona infralitoral, de 0 a 120 metros de profundidad. Se encuentra durante todo el a&ntilde;o, en lugares relativamente sombr&iacute;os, recubriendo paredes verticales oscuras.
